I have nearly 20 years’ experience in the repair industry working in both dealership and auto body shop settings. For the past 3 years, I’ve had the privilege of working here at Coon Rapids Collision, servicing the residents of Coon Rapids and the surrounding communities. My background is primarily painting vehicles. Whether it be autos, motorcycles, hotrods, or custom projects, there is no job that is too big for me to complete. I find great satisfaction in meeting and or exceeding our customers’ expectations no matter the scope of the job. I look forward to working with you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & INSURANCE PROCESS
I have 30 years’ experience in customer service including 25 years in the collision repair industry. I am proficient in the insurance process and will advocate for you from start to finish. Many in our community know me on a first-name basis. A number of our repeat customers have followed me from the previous shop I managed because of the relationships I have built over the years through my commitment to customer service. Often, community members will stop in with thank you cards and small gestures of appreciation for their experience throughout the repair process. I am here to answer all of your questions, will work to resolve your auto claim quickly, and help make the best out of an unforeseen circumstance. I look forward to working with you.

I have 23 years of experience in customer service. Prior to joining Coon Rapids Collision, I worked with one of Minnesota’s largest insurance carriers for 8 years writing estimates and managing the repair process for customers. I am proficient in the insurance processes and will help you navigate your auto claim from start to finish. For many, this is their first experience with a collision repair, and the situation can be overwhelming. I am here to answer all of your questions, advocate for you with your insurance company, ensure your vehicle is repaired to pre-loss condition, and make the best out of an unforeseen circumstance.
